Cancellation Policy

At Rise & Align Holistics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we ask for your consideration when adjusting your schedule.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee, and no-shows may be charged the full session rate.

 

This policy helps ensure that all clients have the opportunity to access appointment times and that our practitioners’ time is respected.
